HYROX
Competition TrainingBuilt for those chasing performance or wanting to give this style of training a go, this class is designed around the key movements and demands of Hyrox competitions. You’ll rotate through structured sessions that mirror the exercises you'll face on race day, as well as similar movements to complement these. Whether you’re preparing for your first Hyrox or looking to shave time off your PB, this class builds endurance, strength, and grit in a high-intensity, competition-style format. All levels welcome.

PEPI & ME
Movement for Mama'sA specialised class for our busy mama's designed for those who are ready to show up, grind, and take some time for themselves. Whether you're easing back into training or ready for a bigger push, these classes offer a mix of strength, mobility, and low-impact conditioning. It’s a supportive, no-pressure environment where progress looks different for everyone—and every win counts. Bring your little one along and take the time for yourself today.

SCALED FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Beginner-Friendly Strength & MovementA scaled functional fitness class designed for those wanting to kickstart their fitness journey or for those returning to exercise. We focus on building confidence, improving basic movement patterns, and developing strength & fitness at a pace that feels right for you. Every session can be tailored to your current ability by either scaling or increasing intensity. This is the perfect place to start if you’re new to The Grind or just want to get moving in a supportive environment.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL FITNESS / HIRT
Hybrid & High Intensity Resistance TrainingA perfect blend of high-intensity training and resistance work. Combining multiple fitness elements such as strength, endurance, mobility, agility and coordination. These classes are designed to improve overall physical performance / abilities and include a variety of movements including weightlifting, body-weight movements, aerobic exercises & more. These classes can also be scaled to suit all fitness levels.
STRENGTH
Power & PerformanceFocus on building raw strength and power. These classes will have a focus on fundamental and compound movements - combined with accessory work to complement these lifts. You will also be guided through proper form & technique. This class is designed to help you move better, lift heavier and build lean, lasting muscle through progressive overload. These classes can be scaled to suit all fitness levels.

CONDITIONING
Endurance & StaminaImprove your cardiovascular fitness and overall endurance. These classes include high-intensity intervals, aerobic endurance work, & some functional / body weight movements with lighter resistance that keep your heart rate up. Whether you’re chasing performance or simply want to feel fitter and faster, this session will challenge & elevate your conditioning game. All fitness levels are welcome, the class can be scaled to your abilities.
