Proper structure and progression
Weekly leaderboard to track progress
We will be running testing during weeks 1 and 8 of the challenge, with other mini challenges and challenge days throughout the 8 weeks! Each week we’ll also be running a workout that feeds into a leaderboard, so you can track your progress, see where you stack up, and have a bit of fun with it along the way.
